Meet our Trainers

  • Zach Coffee

"Hey! I'm Zach! I am 32 years old and love fitness. It's been a growing passion of mine throughout the years. I've slowly began working with people and learning more about how to help them with their fitness goals. My main area of focus & specialty is Boxing & Muay Thai Kickboxing. I started training in Muay Thai Kickboxing in 2010 and was an amateur competitor for 7 years acquiring a record of 13 wins and 3 losses and taking two national titles. I focus a lot on technique and correct form but with that we can also work on cardio and strength. No one is an expert just starting off. We go through the rhythms to make sure you feel good and confident in what you are learning and we take our time. Most of all, you're able to build on a life skill that will never leave you. Self-defense is necessary to protect one's family and friends. I'm excited to get to know you."

Six years ago, I saw a picture of myself… and I didn’t recognize the woman I had become. I was tired. I was uncomfortable. And the hardest part—I couldn’t keep up with my four kids the way I wanted to. That moment changed everything. I did it for them… but I found a stronger me along the way. I signed up for a one-month bootcamp, not knowing it would become the start of a whole new life. It wasn’t easy. There were days I wanted to quit, days I doubted myself, and days I felt like I wasn’t making progress. But I kept going. Along the way, I learned something I had never truly understood before—taking time for myself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary. When I started taking care of me, I became a better, stronger mom for them. Today I’m 50 pounds down, but what I’ve gained matters even more—confidence, strength, and a version of myself I’m proud of. This journey wasn’t about becoming perfect. It was about refusing to stay the same. If you’re waiting for a sign… this is it. 💪💜
