What's the 6-month minimum?
All BeaWell memberships start with a 6-month minimum subscription period. After 6 months, you can cancel anytime through Stripe — no contracts, no penalties, no questions asked.
How does the $25 credit work?
Each month, you get $25 to spend at each of our 5 providers ($125 total). Spend $100+ at any provider in a given month, and the $25 credit comes off your bill. Most members hit this threshold without trying.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset monthly. The membership is designed so you can easily use them every month — most members exceed $125 in services anyway.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — you can upgrade anytime. Downgrades are available after your 6-month minimum is complete. Email us and we'll handle it within 1 business day.
What if I only want one provider?
You can absolutely book à la carte without joining — no membership required. The membership is designed for women using 2+ providers regularly. If that's you, the math works in your favor immediately.
Is the membership refundable?
Membership fees are non-refundable, but unused service credits are always honored. If you have concerns during your 6-month period, reach out to us directly — we'll work with you.
How do I cancel after 6 months?
Easiest way: log into Stripe and cancel from your account portal. Or email info@beawellco.com and we'll process it within 1 business day.
