If you're scheduled for a tour, we'll walk you through the lobby, all 5 provider suites if unoccupied, the Light Lounge, and the BeaFit Studio. You'll meet whichever providers are in. About 15 minutes total.

We'll answer membership questions, walk through pricing, and help you figure out the right path — single appointments, a membership tier, or just exploring. You decide what's next, on your time.

Where exactly are you located?
856 Waterbury Falls Dr., Suite 202, O'Fallon, MO 63368. We're right off Highway 64 in St. Charles County, about 10 minutes from St. Peters and 25 minutes west of downtown St. Louis.
Is there parking?
Yes — free, plenty of it, right outside the building. No meters, no permits, no hassle.
Do I need an appointment?
For services with our providers, yes — book directly through each provider. For tours, please schedule ahead so we can give you our full attention. Walk-ins to look around the space are always welcome during business hours.
What are your hours?
By appointment, with hours varying by provider and class schedule. Most providers run 9am–6pm Monday through Friday and limited Saturdays. The BeaFit Studio runs morning and evening class blocks. Call or message for specific hours.
Can I bring my kids?
For tours and lobby visits, of course. For appointments, at your discretion.
